News from the bellringers

This year has been an especially memorable time for the Bell ringers as we were part of the late Queen Elizabeth 11's ringing and then to celebrate the beginning of the new reign of King Charles 111.

By the time you read this, we shall also have rung on Half- muffled Bells for the Armistice - that truly evocative sound.

We also rang before the Funeral Service of Simon Butler at All Saints' Church and wish to extend our sincere condolences to all the family at this sad time.

Now we are preparing to ring before as many of the Church Services as we can, in the run up to Christmas, depending on availability of ringers.

On behalf of the Clatford Ringers we wish you all a very Happy Christmas. Also, as this article covers the January edition of the magazine, we would like to wish you a very Happy and Peaceful New Year.
